Below are the different sections of awards.

 

Here are the membership and joining in awards.

The purple badge is the Membership award, as a Beaver Scout you will be presented with this award when you are invested. This badge is worn by all members of the Scouting movement all over the world.

The green badge is the joining in award, this shows the amount of years you have been in the movement.

The yellow badge is the moving on award, you will receive this when you move from the Beaver Scout section to the Cub Scout section.

 

The challenge badges help you to learn new skills and experiences as a Beaver Scout. There are three sections to the challenge badges these are:

 

~ The Outdoor Challenge

~ The Discovery Challenge

~ The Friendship Award 

 

As a Beaver Scout there are 5 activity badges for you to work towards and gain.Additionally there are four staged badges also.

 

As a Beaver Scout you are encouraged to work along side and with the older sections. The Group Awards help you to meet older members of the Group from various sections and complete various activites and projects with them. The awards cover three sections these are:

 

~ The International Award

~ The Faith Award

~ The Environmental Award

 

This is the highest award you can achieve as a Beaver Scout.

It can be gained by completing the following items:

 

~ the Outdoors Challenge

~ The Friendship or Discovery Challenge

~ a personal challenge
